Romans 1:18-19

(Romans 1:18-19)

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

When Martin Luther realized this, he woke up asleep Europe. He said that the gospel showed righteousness, not God's love. If you do not first speak of God's righteousness, but first say, `` God is love, '' the gospel becomes a fake; there is no God's love outside the ark.

This is God's righteousness. Jesus said of John the Baptist: He is the "preacher of righteousness." Also in 1 Peter 3: Noah is a preacher of righteousness. But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.(John 20:31) This is what Jesus said to his disciples after the disciple Thomas finally believed in Jesus' resurrection. Although Jesus said to those who died and resurrected in three days, the disciples did not believe in the resurrection. Thomas said he couldn't believe it without checking Jesus' wounds.

Believing in the resurrection and living in the resurrection are different. Today, most church people believe in the resurrection but will not live in it. If you live in resurrection, you will not be afraid under any circumstances. Living for the world will be meaningless.

Jesus is the first fruit of the resurrection. Then the born again are the fruits of the resurrection. Therefore, rebirth is resurrection. Not a physical soul originated from the flesh, but a spiritual body from God. This body is invisible, but the born again knows. In order for the spirit to live, we must have this spiritual body. So you must deny yourself. It can be said that those who do not live in the resurrection are not born again. They are not in the faith of Jesus. Therefore he does not deny himself.

Faith is the faith of the repentant. Repentance is a change of way of life. It changes from living for yourself to living for Jesus. Thus, the repentant is united with Jesus who died on the cross. Only then can life come from God to those who repent.

and that believing ye might have life through his name. The faith that God knows is faith by his name. The name is like a name among families. No one can bind a name. Nobody calls him father. Only people in the family are called fathers. It is a mistake to call everyone the father, not the family. It is like calling God the Father without being in Jesus. Those in Jesus become family with God. Those who are associated with Jesus who died on the cross are in Jesus.

Faith is a gift from God to those who repent. So we depend on God's name. His name is Jesus. Only those who call on the name of Jesus are chosen by God. He denies him and repents.

In Matthew 22: Jesus said in parables that the king prepared the son's wedding feast. The king invited the people, but no one came to the feast. So the king said to his servants, "Destroy all who have not come, and bring anyone." However, there were some who did not wear robes. The king drove the undressed to a dark place. The robes are the clothes of Christ who died on the cross. It is a garment that only the dead with Jesus can wear.

God sent the Messiah to the Israelites, but no one believed and killed him on the cross. That is why God called people from other countries. But there are those who do not wear the clothes of Christ. Many have been invited to church, but do not share in the death of Jesus Christ. The believers eat the bread and drink the sacrament meeting in church. But the sacrament is the ordinance of participating in Jesus' death. If you do not know this, you are not born again.

If a believer in Jesus died and went to God, and God said, I didn't know you, he would go to hell. Everyone in the Church says that they believe in Jesus, but who knows how to get to hell? You must enter into the kingdom of God only with the clothing of Jesus Christ. Only he who denies himself can wear the clothes of Christ.

Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.(Hebrews 4: 1) You are invited to the cross but are not saved unless you are united with Jesus who died on the cross. Jesus' disciple, Peter, also lived with Jesus for three years, but he denied Jesus three times before the cross and ran away.
